Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing our services/products. We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, please note that we have different refund policies for physical products and digital downloads.
1. Physical Products:
If you have purchased a physical product from us, the following refund policy applies:
- We offer a 30-day refund period for any physical products from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
2. Digital Downloads:
All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once the download process is complete or access to the digital content has been granted, we cannot provide refunds.
Exceptions:
- If you encounter any technical issues or problems accessing the digital download after purchase, please contact our customer support team at pixelplaygroundred@gmail.com We will make every effort to assist you and resolve any issues promptly.
- If the digital download is defective or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of purchase, providing details of the issue. We will review your case and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Please make sure to carefully review the product description, system requirements, and any available demos or trial versions before making a purchase.
